                       Personnel Accidental Insurance Policy for the period 07-08-07 to

                       06-08-08 for the police personnel of A.P  State – Regarding.

            The Police Department has been availing of a Group Personnel Accidental Insurance Policy for the entire police force of the State

including IPS officers and also the personnel of Central Police Organization deployed in the State.  This scheme entails coverage of risks to

 life and limbs of 94,280   police personnel of the State.

            The period for the above Group Personnel Accidental Insurance Policy is from 7^th August of a year to 6^th August of next year. 

The present period of the policy will therefore, be expiring on 6^th August, 2007.  Therefore, we are looking for an insurance protection

at an affordable premium with a higher end - benefit.

            We, therefore, request you to send an attractive and competitive proposal for the proposed Group Personnel Accidental

Insurance Policy for the A.P. Police,  which may contribute to the social and financial security for the police personnel and  their families.

            A responsible person from your organization, may, therefore, be nominated, who may approach this office for collection of

documents along with the terms and conditions on working days between 18-06-2007 to 25-06-2007 during office hours i.e between

10.30 AM to 17.00 PM.  For further details/information the undersigned may also be contacted during the office hours.
