If the building / land belongs to the applicant the attested xerox copies thereof (the extracts of City Survey or Municipal Corporation or 7/12 extract or any other reliable document.

If the building / land is a rented one, the attested xerox copies in that regard (e.g. the agreement, rent receipt, etc.)
In case of rented building/land ‘No objection Certificate’ of the owner.
The certified xerox copies of the Plan sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation.

Holiday Inn Krishna

The certified xerox copies of the Utilization Certificate issued by the corporation.
The certified xerox copies of the Trade License given by the Corporation.
The certified xerox copies of the Health license given by the Corporation.
The certified xerox copies of the ‘No objection Certificate’ from the Fire Brigade department.
The certified xerox copies of the Shop-Act licence.
An Affidavit to the effect that the applicant has not been convicted or arrested or in any way involved in any criminal offence.
A Medical Certificate certifying that the physical and mental health of the applicant is sound and that he does not suffer from any contagious disease.

Hotels/ Restaurants/ Lodges. Clubs

a. Application in prescribed Performa.
b. Partnership deed if any.
c. Rental or Lease/Sale deed if any.
d. No objection Certificate from two immediate neighbors.
e. Site plan in Blue print.
f. NOC from Divisional Fire Officer.

In case of Lodges these can function round the clock. Further renewals every year are done by the Divisional Asst Commr. Of Police concerned Div.

In case of Clubs, the applicant has to submit a Certificate of registration issue by the Register of Societies, Hyd along with the abovementioned documents.
