CENTRAL COMPLAINTS CELL

This cell was established so that the grievances of the public should be addressed and necessary action is taken promptly and effectively. Any aggrieved member of the public from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad can approach The Central Complaints Cell and register his complaint and get an acknowledgement.

The cell refers the matter to the concerned Police Station for necessary action to be taken. The Commissioner of Police reviews the complaints and their disposal personally.
