ELIGIBILITY:
- The number of medals awarded in a year shall not
exceed 100 at the rate of 3 per unit / district
per annum.
- The candidate should have a continuous period
of at least 20 years of dedicated and meritorious
service as on 1st January of the year to become
eligible for the award of Uttama Seva Pathakamu
for Telugu New Year's Day (i.e. Ugadi) and for A.P.Formation
Day (i.e.1st November)
ESTABLISHED:
OBVERSE:
The medal will be circular in shape, one and three eighth
inches in diameter made of bronze coated in silver and
have embossed on the obverse the Andhra Pradesh State
Emblem and inscribed around it
REVERSE:
The medal will be circular in shape,
one and three eighth inches in diameter made of bronze
coated in silver and have embossed on the reverse the
"Lepakshi Nandi"
RIBBON:
The Ribbon will be one-fourth Yellow,
one-fourth Blue, one-fourth Yellow and one-fourth Blue.
